Instrument:
Investment Funds in the legal form of an Estonian Investment Company (Osaühing).

Model:
The Investment Funds are structurally identical to the Portfolios "Mini 75000", "Safe 50000" and "Mini 5000".

Strategies:
A number of Volatility-, Voting-, Breakout- and Oscillator strategies are used for trading.

Performance:
The Investment Funds intend to achieve a smooth annual performance higher than 10% at a continuous growth rate.

Risk:
Due to the aggressive nature of most funds - with the exception of funds based on the "Safe 50000" Portfolio - the product is highly speculative.

Taxation:
Due to the attractive taxation laws in Estonia profits will only be taxed after distribution to the shareholders - as dividends - or after the investor has been selling his shares. The investor might define the time, when dividend payments or selling of shares should occur. Profits made are taxation free as long as they remain in the investment fund. This allows the application of intelligent Re-Investment Strategies in the management of the investment funds, which in turn enables an additional increase in performances.

Duration:
unlimited; selling of shares is possible at each time.

Availability:
Funds Shares are available as shares at an Estonian Osaühing.

Minimum Investment:
EUR 5.000.
