Application for Investment of Funds
Signature Card
Application on Communication Facilities

Moreover, we will need a photocopy of your identity card or passport.

Additionally, you will receive the following forms:

Power of Attorney, in case you want to transfer the right to communicate with Foren Invest regarding your account to a third person.
